The hotel is conveniently located near the concert venue and within walking distance to some great restaurants. The rooms offer ample space and are generally clean, despite some carpet cleanliness issues. The staff is friendly and provided excellent service, fixing any errors promptly and courteously.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located, especially for attending events at the nearby concert venue.
